Alterations and Additions - Completed 2011.

Redevelopment of 2-storey warehouse shell to 3-storey, 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom apartment.

A fine, free-standing steel & timber staircase connects all the levels within the full-height internally-glazed atrium, whilst also feeding natural light to the lower levels.

The top floor living level exploits panoramic city views, re-using the original large-section timber trusses, and features a seamless link between the outdoor terrace and kitchen for entertaining.
