Brunswick Townhouse

Small Development – Alterations and Additions, Subdivision + New Townhouse

 

K+AR were engaged in 2012 to investigate the feasibility of developing an existing inner suburban property in E Brunswick. The optimal outcome was a modest renovation to the existing home, with a new townhouse at the rear which would be sub-divided and built.

K+AR worked with the client, estate agent, valuers and town-planning consultants to provide a compact, site-inspired design solution to satisfy the brief and obtain a town planning permit within 6 months of lodgement and avoiding VCAT.
