Alterations and Additions to inter-war home.

 

K+AR were engaged in 2013 following the clients’ frustrations with a design-build firm.

The client was convinced that 4 bedrooms was possible on the site without an upper storey extension and K+AR quickly demonstrated this possibility by cleverly re-incorporating the existing wasted circulation space into new shared living and dining areas with a northern garden aspect.

All the boxes ticked, K+AR obtained a town planning permit and construction started on site in May 2014. The scheduled completion date is October 2014.
