The client bought a block 30 mins west of Geelong upon which to build their family home and establish an engineering/metalwork business.

After years of research into plans & designs produced by volume builders, none of them seemed quite right. We worked with them to define exactly what they wanted, both in terms of rooms and sizes, as well as aesthetics and cross checked this against their budget.

The result was a design that featured simple, rural-inspired forms and massing, but
with clear, contemporary planning.
